2nd time buying. Bought my first one Feb 2024 so lasted almost a year and a half. Replaced bc the left side ctrl started playing up, either because I use it so much or how many times I dropped it. Held strong all that time and I use it everyday for 8 plus hours both for work and gaming so cant complain. Mouse still works fine so I have a spare. Keys have a nice thocky sound. Media buttons are a plus.

I’ve been using the Logitech MK270 for around 4 months at home and at work, and overall it’s been a dependable companion for daily tasks.
What I like:
Plug-and-play simplicity — Set it up once (using the Unifying USB receiver) and it just works across Windows, without needing extra drivers.
Reliable wireless — I haven’t experienced dropouts or lag in normal use, even working across a small room.
Comfortable keyboard layout — The keys feel decent (not high-end but certainly serviceable), with good travel and tactile feedback for typing reports, emails, etc.
Decent mouse included — The mouse is ergonomic enough for general use, not ultra premium but good value given it’s bundled.
Battery life is impressive — I’m still using the original batteries after months
Compact & lightweight — Takes up little space and is portable if needed.

I needed a new wireless keyboard and mouse for my home office setup and chose the Logitech MK270 combo based on reputation and price — and it’s been absolutely brilliant. If you want a dependable set without breaking the bank, this is one of the best options out there.
The set comes with the keyboard, mouse, and a single USB nano receiver that connects both devices. Setup is incredibly simple — just plug the receiver into a USB port and everything connects automatically within seconds. No drivers, no faff.
The keyboard itself is lightweight but sturdy, with a full layout including a numeric keypad, function keys, and media shortcuts (volume, play/pause, etc.). The typing experience is comfortable — the keys have a soft but precise feel, not too spongy or overly clicky. It’s ideal for long typing sessions whether you’re working, studying, or browsing.
The mouse is a compact, comfortable design that fits nicely into the hand. It’s responsive and accurate, and the click action feels satisfying without being too loud. I use it daily for work and casual gaming, and it’s been perfectly reliable.
Battery life is another huge plus. Logitech claim up to 24 months for the keyboard and 12 months for the mouse, and judging by past experience with Logitech gear, I fully expect it to live up to that. The keyboard has an on/off switch to save power when not in use, and the mouse auto-sleeps when idle.
Wireless performance is rock-solid. No lag, no dropouts, and a reliable connection even when working from across the room (up to 10 metres away).
Build quality feels solid for the price. It’s clearly designed for daily use without looking cheap or feeling fragile. The keyboard even has small drainage holes to help protect against accidental spills.
If I had one minor wish, it would be for the mouse to be slightly larger for bigger hands — but for most users, it’s an ideal size.
Overall, the Logitech MK270 combo delivers fantastic performance, comfort, and reliability at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for office, home, or student setups!

Just replaced my more-expensive Dell wireless keyboard (with its non-fitting battery cover and difficult to find volume controls) and mouse (with its ‘hit or miss’ jerky action) with this Logitech setup. What an improvement! I now regret not switching out the poor quality Dell stuff months ago!

I was quite attached to my Comfort Curve keyboards, which I’d used for years – but this logitech combo has won me over big time. The batteries seem to last for ever – and I used these every single day, sometimes for hours.

Logitech MK270 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo offers a no-frills, reliable solution for everyday computing.
Keyboard: The keyboard boasts a nice, solid construction that feels durable. Key strokes are good, if a little soft, providing a quiet typing experience with no distracting rattle noise. While not for mechanical keyboard enthusiasts, it’s perfectly adequate for general use.
Mouse: The included mouse is compact, fitting easily into most hands. Despite its size, it feels good in use, offering responsive tracking for everyday tasks.
Overall: This combo is a budget-friendly option that delivers dependable wireless connectivity. The 2-year battery life claim is a significant plus, promising long periods of use without frequent battery changes. For those seeking a functional and affordable keyboard and mouse set, the MK270 is a sensible choice.

Honestly, I bought this because I broke my old Razor keyboard and wanted something simple and cheap.
When I got this delivered, it came with the keyboard and a mouse. The mouse is probably the weakest link of the set, but it’s great to have as a backup, so definitely a bonus.
The keyboard however, is surprisingly one of the nicest keyboards I’ve used. It’s got soft, responsive key-caps that have an audible-enough click to the buttons to make it satisfying to someone who has used red-caps in the past.
The keyboard is wireless and has an incredible battery-life, but takes two very thin batteries instead of AAA. That would definitely be an improvement, but I suppose for a simple office keyboard, it does the job great.
There are even extra buttons for stuff like muting the sound on the computer, raising the volume, decreasing the volume, features that not even my Razor Ornata had.
Typing with this keyboard is great. The keys have tact, and are responsive. It’s very difficult for the keyboard to accidentally create multiple of the same character just by pressing the key once, which was good for finishing my University Essays with.

A lovely smooth typing action, and much quieter than my old keyboard.
The mouse fits my (left) hand naturally, and requires very little pressure for the clicks.
